Shipping policy

The majority of our items are custom made after you place your order. Please allow 10 business days plus the time for shipping for us to make your order and get it to you. If you are inside the US and haven't received your order within 15 business days, please contact us at info@ccdesignsprinting.com.

Notice for fundraiser orders...most of our fundraisers for other organizations are on a schedule determined by the organization not us, which can cause a delay in your order. All fundraiser orders are produced within 10-15 business days of the close of the fundraiser, not from your purchase date.

We are happy to work with anyone for special exceptions or rush orders (additional costs may apply). Please contact us at 850-614-1266 if you need assistance with this.

If you place an order for pickup at CC Designs, all orders must be picked up from CC Designs within 6 months, or your items will be donated and any payment already made will be forfeited. If you feel that you won't be able to pick up within that time frame, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for shipping. While we make every effort to contact our customers to arrange for pickup or to inform our customers that their order is ready sometimes notifications do slip through the cracks or go to spam folders, so it is up to you to pick up your order or contact us within 6 months.
